What is included in my slime order?

In addition to the slime you have purchased, you will receive….

Is your slime made with borax?

Yes, all of our slimes are made with a borax activator. Please do not purchase if you are allergic or think you may be allergic to borax.

How long does slime last?

The longevity of your slime depends on the type of slime you purchase. Some slimes will last a long time without getting sticky. Some slimes develop stickiness sooner than others and require activation from time to time. The shelf life of your slime also depends on how well you care for it. Make sure to follow the slime care tips to make sure your slime will last as long as possible.

Will slime last forever?

Unfortunately all good things must come to an end. It’s normal for slime to dry out eventually. Slime will not last forever but you can greatly improve it’s shelf life by taking good care of your slime. Follow the slime care tips to increase the longevity of your slime.

How should slime be stored?

Always store slime in an airtight container and in a cool dry place. Extreme temperatures can change your slimes consistency. Extreme heat can cause your slime to melt and extreme cold can cause slime to freeze.

Why do people play with slime?

Slime is a fun sensory activity that is not just for kids. Slime uses four of the five senses: sight, sound, smell, and touch. When playing with slime and engaging in this type of sensory activity, it can help calm down the brain and promote relaxation and focus.

Why are some of your slimes out of stock?

We will announce restocks on our social media platforms and on our website. All of our slimes are hand made and have limited quantities. We do our best to restock as many slimes as we can without sacrificing the quality of the product.

Slime got in my hair! How do I get it out?

Don’t panic! Slime can easily be removed from hair. No scissors required. There are several methods to getting slime out of hair, but my favorite is simply soaking your hair in warm water. You can also work a little conditioner into the area to help the slime dissolve and loosen from your hair strands. The same method works for clothing. Simply soak the area of clothing in warm water and work some laundry detergent into the slime to help remove it

My slime froze during shipment. How do I fix it?

Don’t worry if your slime arrives frozen. In extreme cold temperatures, slime may freeze during shipment. If your slime arrives frozen, let it sit in its container at room temp until it thaws. Kneed your slime once it thaws and let the warmth of your hands warm it up. If you complete the steps above and your slime feels sticky you may need to add activator. (activator instructions are on the back of the included slime care card)

My slime arrived melted. How do I fix it?

Don't worry if your slime arrives melted. In extreme heat, slime may melt during shipment. If your slime arrives melted, let it sit in it's container in a cool area so that it may cool off. Check your slime and if it's still melted, you can mix activator into your slime. Make activator according to the slime care card instructions that was included with your slime. Mix 1/2 tsp of activator into the slime at a time until the desired slime texture is reached. Too much activator can make slime feel stiff, so be careful not to add too much activator

Do you offer returns?

Due to the nature of slime, we do not offer returns. It would be unsanitary for us to accept a return and sell that item to another customer. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This is common practice for most slime shops. If you receive an incorrect order or have any questions about your order please contact us

When will my package ship and deliver?

Processing times are 1-3 business days (excluding holidays) We work as fast as we can to get your order to you. You can choose your delivery method at checkout. After your order is processed it will then be received by the shipper. The delivery method you choose will be the amount of time it takes the shipper to deliver the package to your doorstep. Processing time (1-3 business days) + shipping time (you choose this at checkout) = estimated delivery time. Cloud Lemon Slimes is not responsible for shipping delays that may occur with the United States Postal Service.

What if my package is lost, stolen, or damaged?

Cloud Lemon Slimes is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please notify USPS if any of these scenarios occur.

What if I receive the wrong order?

Please notify us within 1-2 business days if you receive an order that is incorrect so that we can assess and correct the issue.

Do you ship Internationally?

We currently do not ship Internationally. In the future and as our business grows, we plan to include international shipping options. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our customers.
